Please bring your own beach towel and water to class!
A lower body strength workout that focuses on the posterior chain, especially the glutes & abs.
After a light bodyweight warm up you'll move through exercises which alternate between challenging your core and lower body.
DIRECTIONS
Enter the beach parking lot at the corner of Hollister Avenue & Barnard Way.
The parking lot on your left (south) which is closest to our workout costs $10 per day.
The parking lot on your right (north) which is slightly further away from our workout, costs just $1 per hour. We recommend parking here & paying for 2 hours.
After you've parked, just walk south until you see the group on the grass. You cannot miss us!
